Origin : M27 x Robusta 5, Cornell University, USA
Description : Apple rootstock - similar vigueur than M26 and similar productivity than M9
Characteristics : tolerant to wooly aphid, fireblight, phytophtora and frost. Very good behaviour in replanted soil. Very good compatibility. First cropping rapid
Uses : to be used as a replacement of M26 especially in areas susceptible to fireblight.
NB: this rootsock being relatively new, the information given in this website is only indicative and might change in the future, depending on our observations of the coming years.
Although this new rootstock has been tested for several years and in many places worldwide, Dalival can not be liable to problems that would appear after commercial planting and which would not habe been identified yet
